Back to Work!

Hard to adjust to everyday life again since the tour has ended! This week we are hopefully putting together our new studio space and getting organized post tour madness. You know what that means... new kits!

That's right, you heard me. If you managed to take one of our tour workshops or drop by TNNA you already got a sneak peak. We have two new pillow kits, two new "spirograph" kits and new 40 packs. Exciting huh? We think so! Those will all be hitting the web shop real soon.

Even more good news... we want to make more kits from the new book. Which ones do you guys want to see? We want your input! Seems like seed pod is at the top of the list so far.

So sad! Tour is over

Boo hoo. Our tour was so much fun I know I'm going to have a hard time returning to my normal life! Of course now that it's over we have time to put together lots of new kits. Exciting!!
There is one final new crewel workshop at Wild Woolies in Marfa this Saturday.
Here are some fun photos from New Orleans, Houston and Austin. The calculator shot posted shows how many miles we traveled as of Austin. It's a lot!!!

Home stretch

Hard to believe we have been on the road for more than four weeks. It's been so much fun I know I'm going to have a hard time going home. Today we leave beautiful St. Augustine and head to New Orleans. It's going to be a beautiful drive through the south. In the meantime I will share some gorgeous Florida picks.

Are we there yet?

So Katherine thought it would be a fun video to do a montage of every time the kids ask how long or are we there yet. I am inclined to agree. Yesterday we hit our first (and hopefully last) at related snag. Our gas light didn't go on and we ended up stranded on the side of highway 95 in Delaware. Couple hours in record breaking heat was rough but being Texans we managed to survive.
Katherine's husband met up in NYC for a week and he just left us yesterday. Thankfully I was able to snap this awesome photo before he did.
We are only on tour for ten more days. Hard to believe. If you haven't made it to any workshops now is your chance. Philly was packed yesterday despite the heat. Our final leg is the south and Texas. Austin is filled up but you can still sign up for Jacksonville, Fl, new Orleans, or Houston. Looking forward to meeting more stitchy folk!
